I know how you feel. I hate being alone and recently I've been getting worse when I'm alone (bad panic attacks or depression). But, it's reached the point where I'm always anxious because I dread the times when I'll be alone. It's hard for me to focus on 'the now' but I know I have to.
When I'm alone (which I am now and slightly panicky) I come on here when I can, or I chant positive things in my head over and over again. Wish it was easy. Hope you're feeling better today Molly __________________ Makes me work a little bit harder
