This 3 day weekend....

... I am alone...completely...and kinda worried about that now. More and more people out of town, 2 t's and one doctor out all week, pc members gone as well as the pc move.... even my horrid roommate is out...
i have taken measures by increasing my meds to keep down the switching, triggers, and maina and thus hoping to curb any SI...
But more and more people are absent. This weekend I am going to have to fully rely on me. just me - the system. I haven't had to do this in..... gosh, ages - before I started coping better, certainly. i almost think i should just hibernate all weekend so i miss the whole thing.

Holidays can be a challenge for sure. Keeping good thoughts for you to get through OK.

Thanks for the PM. I went back to the old forum and got it. I appreciate it! I know it's a tough day, but we are gonna be on here, off and on all day. I will keep you in my thoughts and check back in periodically. You only need to hibernate if that is what you really want to do. Maybe you should pick a favorite movie and put it on and watch it for fun. Be Kind to Kiya today, OK? I'm not having a wonderful day either. My spouse is home for labor day, but there's tension in the air. Sigh...

Hooray for you, you did make it. I know you worked hard just to stay in one place. It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland where she was running as hard as she could just to stay still. Some days are like that.

I'm glad weekend is over and I'm in a very bad mood. I didn't sleep last night and I got triggered over something and so I'm pretty awful. Be glad you don't have to see me in real life - whew, scary!

I need a hug. I'm acting all grumpy,but really I feel small and lonely and needy and pathetic. I think my bear and me will take a nap in a minute.

I hope your Monday on Tuesday goes ok for you and all our friends on PC.

((((((((((((Kiya)))))))))) I hope you are feeling better now. Is mother home now? Have Ts and Dr come back? Sometimes I think going within is okay and can be a healing and nurturing time. Sometimes we just need to do that to get through whatever it is we are trying to get through too.
