Hope you'll find a way to relax and get your unemployment appeal going.

I can never get to sleep and then when I do it's just too hard to wake up. See, when I get to sleep I dream all the time and grow more and more tired; it's like living two lives at once.

And anxiety pills get us depressed in the long run...

Well, just hope you'll be feeling better soon.

Dear one,
I think it is mostly all the stuff that you are going through, that is robbing you of the "PM" sleep, it does that to me too, not much more to say except, I am thinking of you and from my heart are wishing you well.

I hear you, man! I have had this "terminal insomnia" for quite a while and it used to really distress me. Then I decided that if I'm awake and can't sleep then I might as well be up and about, instead of laying in bed cursing the darkness! Now when it happens, I take it as an opportunity for some "me time". I mean, no one else is up and I can get so much done, I can chat online with other night owls or read a book, watch a movie, etc. My depression is such that I feel better in the AM anyway. You can be tired the next day but I would caution against taking a nap--this can only make you less sleepy at night and make the problem worse! I don't want to paint an overly rosy picture-when I'm really depressed those morning hours can pass agonizingly slow! Trying to look at those hours as an opportunity rather than a curse seems to have made all the difference with me and may be of some benefit for you. Also work with your doctor--sometimes it is related to a medication--too much, not enough, etc....hope you feel better

I'm sorry Dave. Your problems could be why you're having trouble sleeping. Wish I can help. Big hugs ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Dave)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
