this is just a vent.no need for replies.i just so annoyed at so many things and so sick of everything.my meds were put down because i was exausted all the time & couldnt do anything,now,they have been put back up again.its hopless.im hopeless.im just going to stay in this cycle of low to high dosages and counciling.i feel better on a higher OR lower dosage..they know that too.and they keep sayin im not trying that there the only ones trying.dont they think i would if i could?ive given up on myself and just dont know what to do anymore

feeling nothing really No, it won't always be this way. That's the depression talking. Yes, it might take a long time to find what works for you, though.

Carrie, are you in talk therapy? It's one thing to have medication, but truly a godsend to have someone who understands and encourages us through these tough times.
