why does death have to be such a bad thing? why cant people just let go?

i feel like i'm already dead

People in general don't let go because they do have hope for change...
it's depressed people that have trouble finding that hope on their own.
Depression makes you think there is no hope of things ever changing...and that is a lie.

Try to distract yourself from thinking all the negative thoughts depression brings to mind.
Eat, sleep and begin again tomorrow. death death
