It has been quite a while since I last posted. I don't know what I realy want to say. I am so emotionaly and physicaly drained, it just doesn't seem worth the effort to keep trying to go on. All I want to do is crawl in bed and stay there. I don't have any more energy to keep going on from day to day. I don't know what to do to make myself feel any different.

Hi,
sorry to hear no energy left, tryingtocope, ,,do you play an instrument, what does music mean to you when you feel like this, if you dont mind me asking,, ? I feel that I have had very little "energy" for some weeks now, for me I need nurishing stimulous, sometimes I need silence , but my noisey neighbours walking above me....
so my unresolved anger drains me even more!!

hope u get some energy soon,

take care

I know and I understand that depression can drain you out of energy but did you checked with a doctor? Maybe a lack of vitamins?

I hope you feel more rested soon. Sometime a situation change and the energy comes back.

I am sorry you are feeling so bad right now. I understand the feeling of being totally drained. I wish that you find some hope and a glimpse of how life can be so much better. Can you think of anything that used to give you pleasure? Maybe trying it now will help? Know I am here. PM me anytime.
