Sorry that you're in pain, but you need to try to eat something, it's not good not to eat. Try to set a small goal for yourself, nothing big but try to write, paint or best of all post here, your friends want you here.

ugh i tried. to eat. i couldn't get it down and spat it out

i did read a page. and daydreamed not so good things.

=( thanks all. not in pain - just no energy or desire.

starting yoga for depression tomorrow. the mental health inst. just called - i didn't really say or ask anything.
poop- i guess i could've told her how out of it i am

My group says at least drink water, plenty of water, I know that's hard, I hate drinking water, but I'm trying. They also say you should drink a protein, try carnations instant breakfast which also comes sugar free, or boost, they will help with your moods. Day dreaming is not bad, if your thinking of some place peaceful and calm, away from the pain. I picture myself on and island with animals and no one else just sitting there and watching play. So dream sweet dreams.

hmmmm hadn' thought of drinking a protein shake... i'll have to look in to that.

an alter took over earlier and fed us (which was good since today i've managed to eat 3 slices of mango for breakfast and 4 bites of pinapple for lunch). Allergic to wheat and stuff but the alter (whose 8) made toast from our special bread, and fake cheese, then slathered it with mayo and honey mustard and inhaled it .

forgot to drink water - thanks for the reminder. those sound like good dreams you have.

gosh things seem out of controll right now, don't they. from rereading the thread, i can see that i still have forgotten to drink water... and also i forgot to take all the dinner supplements. i' d best go do that. but i'm not feeling well. i also forgot to track the sheet MD has me track. Grrrrrr.

i get a star for paying some bills today. yay i accomplished something.

=( i just don't know how to get back on track. the more i wait, the worse things get. but how do i fix it when i can't get myself to do anything? maybe i can focus on on thing. maybe tomorrow t can help me. i'll have to write that down or i'll forget.
