Spent the weekend in the hospital, which I needed because of how highly anxious and exhausted I was, didn't feel I could keep myself safe. But I've been working through this workbook Depressed and Anxious, which uses DBT, and boy is it hard. It's digging up feelings and pushing away my numbness, and it hurts! Been working with a crisis intervention therapist who I met a week ago, he was hoping to help me stay out of the hospital, but it's ok I couldn't. I think he's really helping me get somewhere finally... though I've been getting a few more lables through talking with him, heh, now in addition to severe depression and social anxiety I have post traumatic stress, some general anxiety and borderline personality disorder. Fun. But I've wondered such things for a few years, so it's nice to feel some validation. At least it feels like I might be getting somewhere.

Be proud, you are a strong person. The hardest part of healing yourself, is recognizing your issues and realizing you need help. You're on the right path. Good luck with your quest for healing.
