I just used a phrase, "blue as cornflower dew" and got trigger with a heart siezeing wish to be back in the country.

The blue in the dew comes from the blueness of cornflowers when the sunlight strikes the flower at just right time of day.

Sorry that you're feeling so down, try to relax and picture yourself sitting in a field of cornflowers and enjoying the sounds of nature. The link above is the best I can do, in sending you blue cornflowers, hope you feel better soon.
