i just feel like my life is ruined and over for good.

i lost my husband, kids, job, self respect.

here in the UK once you are dx'd to the level i have been you are thrown on the scrap heap for good...you'll never work again, never be useful again.

Can you call your Dr?
Or T?
Talk it over with them
Sometimes talking over your feelings with them can help
They maybe able to in roll you in small courses to take
So you feel like you are doing something
Or helping out somewheres?
just thoughts to help you deal better
Your support worker would be able to help you I think
