I apologize to anyone and everyone who I might have offended by: (a) revealing the full, ugly truth about my depression-related maladaptive behaviors and/or (b) revealing my true name in a way to help remove the stigma of mental illness.

This was advertised as a support group, not an online group therapy group or a twelve-step where "triggers" could not be mentioned, even accidentally. I will gladly leave the forum and the website if you all should so choose.

All I wanted was support for my major depression and to support other similar people with depression, but I guess my attempts at honesty have been misinterpreted and unappreciated.

I'm sorry for any offense. Good luck with your mental health, people.

I don't think you should leave, we are a group to try to help each other or just vent, and with depression we can take things the wrong way, no matter what. I can even take something good my husband did and take it the wrong way, so please say. We should call what we have mental health problems, we have a illness and the term mental health makes others run from us. A counselor in a group said we have to do away with that term mental health, so we have a real illness.

If I ever got upset with anything you have said, it was me not you and I could get upset with a sunrise sometimes.

I think I have stepped on toes myself, so I have started hiding more so don't be like me and hide get our and stay here.
