I don't know why.
I'm just sad. Feel ready to cry, and nothing bad really happened.
I had been doing good today.
Was actually having good day just being a kid.
Now, I just feel bad.

I feel the same way, except I know why I feel sad. I have been working like a dog for three weeks on an online class, and just didn't have enough time in the last week to do the same quality of work I did the first two weeks.

Not that I know of.
Everyone is accepting me for what I am. I should be happy.
Yet, right now, I feel sad.
I guess maybe it might be something else, maybe just because of the way this had been bothering me. Maybe even though I'm happy to be accepted, maybe I'm sad that I'm still seen as a freak to others.

I get like that a lot. I claim the feeling to be a lot like guilt. Like I feel like I did something wrong and since it was earlier I couldn't fix it. Talking to somebody or even posting about it helps.

I think you expressed it rather well........sometimes we have something that is bothering us & we finally get it out for others to understand & know.......they accept it warmly, but it still doesn't change the situation we are in that we are sad about. When something can't be changed, we go through cycles of feeling in the dumps & then not.

When we don't think about the situation.....we feel better....when we think about it, knowing that there is no way it will really change even though we are accepted, brings us back into the dump feeling.

I know when something bad happens & I talk about it....I feel better for awhile...when I sleep, I feel better, then when I wake up & know that it really hasn't changes & reality is reality, the dump feeling comes back........sometimes this happens for awhile, sometimes longer......but it's a normal human reaction to life around us......when we know this & accept this, then we can feel a bit better.

My heart feels for you,
Debbie

You just get down for no reason. One minute you are happy and the next something happens and it triggers an emotion that is just the worst feeling ever. I might be confusing this with depression because I have come to the conclusion that I am depressed and need to find some help somewhere.

me too ... i agree with all the posters.

the best thing i can do is learn to live with it, and hopefully use these sad experiences for something good someday, you know?

peace and comfort,
night
