I think I'm getting even worse than before. Now instead of just feeling bad about what I do and say around people, I'm feeling guilty toward inanimate objects. Just today I almost cried at the guilt I felt for having left my stuffed animal in my dorm all weekend, even though I tucked it in bed. Am I going totally nuts? I also feel guilty when something happens to a videogame character I play. I think I'm losing it.... (and this is on top of knowing that I am letting everyone around me down) I'm going crazy! I hate it!

Kayleigh,
You are a very sensitive person like me and it is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately it can be more difficult to be with additional stress in life. You are not going crazy!!

If anyone is online right now, I could seriously use some study tips... I believe I'm in SERIOUS danger of failing my math final, and I tried studying, but that seems to be worthless... UGH!! I WISH I WAS SMART!! I JUST DON'T GET IT... I feel bad about this... I already failed my midterm... Guilt eating me alive

Well just today I was told that you should try studying in 20 minute periods, then take a rest for however long it takes for your mind to be ok again, then study for another 20 mins. You should try to get some sleep also, and avoid stimulants. Maybe you should take some time from your stiudy to try to relax. You know, relaxation and breathing techniques.

If you still cant get yourself to study, I think you should just go to bed, sleep as long as you can, get yourself a good breakfast tomorrow and try your best in the exam.
