Does it matter that I'm hurting
Does it matter that I'm crying
Does it matter that I'm cutting
Does it matter what tool I use to cut
Blade
Scissors
Knife
Paperclip
Does it matter that I want to escape from everything and everybody
Does it matter whether I am here or not
Does it matter that I can not sleep at night
Does it matter if I talk to anyone
Does it matter that I feel like I'm not in my body
Really Does It Matter

I have all these questions in my head going on and I can not get them out.

I am so sorry that you're hurting (((((purple)))))
There is only one answer to those questions... yes it does matter!... it matters because noone should have to feel that way, I wish I could say something that means something and can take away your pain... in the mean time take care of yourself... YOU matter!

Yes, you matter
Things are particularly rough, thoughts racing, tears flowing, emotions flying all over the place.

Maybe here is a good place to start.

Do something for yourself each day. Not something that needs to be done, or has to be done or should be done but something for you.

Maybe start by writing down all the horrible, lonely, nasty thoughts racing through your head. Maybe getting them down on paper will help get them out of your head.

Finding something worth living for is a hard one. It is different for each person. Some of us (not mentioning my name) don't get at all. But others find release through art or exercise or shopping or ice cream.

The important thing is you are a very real important person. Give yourself permission to be sad but don't let it take over your life. You can make it through and we are all here to help.

Now this frog of little brain will go gather her hurricane supplies.
Remember be good to yourself.

Yes it matters.

You know, I was thinking that if you had another therapist, or did some alternative medicine, perhaps and some vitamin and mineral supplementation, that you might be better armed to fight your illness, Dear Person.

Have you ever considered additional help?

It is really good for many people who get stuck, to get unstuck.

I have acupuncture now - I think it helps.

Of course, you would find what works for you.

My favorite shopping is at the health food stores ... no kidding!

Today I'm going to get whey powder to add to my smoothies.

You might find a lift from some natural remedies ... even Back Flower Remedy can help with an outlook and lift your spirits.

There are so many things to check out, and add to our arsenal to fight the good fight and progress, so we catch ourselves when we start to fall backward.

I hope you take this in the intention it is written ... here, where our health is concerned, more may be better.

Always wishing you peace and comfort,
nightbird
