Just spent an hour and some messaging with S, he even called, which, in his situation, surprised me. I was so happy to hear from him, then I mentioned hoping that he'll be able to meet me in NY when I go in November and then came the reminders (like I need any) that he may or may not be able to, said he would still talk to me online and god I just want to cry (ok, I am crying, but I just want all the tears to come out, maybe then I wouldn't feel like this). I should be so happy and instead I feel devastated all over again.

Hey, you should be happy, but with depression and other things that are going on in our lives, it's hard to be, our minds go into a negative state and that is why we can't feel the happiness. If S can't see you, he may be very busy and just can't get away, are maybe he has fears as well, and is afraid to come forward, but don't take it personally and things will ge great for you no matter what. Enjoy your time and see some great sites!

Thank you. I'll think I'll have to print that and stick it in my suitcase when I go so the negatives don't creep in, as they always always do!

The negatives stay with me as well, but write these down and try to believe them;
I am great
I am worth knowing
I can do anything
and If someone doesn't want to see me, it's there loss not mind.
I am Strong
I am beautiful
I will succeed.
