What is wrong with me. I am cooking a turkey dinner for my hubby and I and I could not find the roasting pan. I went into a frenzy. I called my husband at work asking him if he knew where it was - he gave me some ideas of where to look. I told him if I couldn't find it I would have to go buy one and that would make dinner late. I had planned on everything being ready by 7:00. Jim (hubby) said it is ok if it is late we don't have to rush anything it is only us after all. After I hung up I just got so upset that things may not be ready when I had planned them to be. Well, I found the pan and all is ok now, but I can't believe how panic stricken I had gotten and upset. Thanks for listening to this gal ramble.

I vote for not weird. When things don't go as planned for me it throws me into a tailspin also.

You are definitely not weird. I do stuff like that all the time. You sound like you had more control of yourself than I usually do.
Once I couldn't find my checkbook and practically destroyed my house just to find it! I exploded and it looked like a cyclone hit...I was screaming, crying, smashing stuff...you name it...and it was all because I couldn't find my checkbook! Talk about having no control over myself!
