are ssri's suppose to boost your mood at all?i mean im really wondering if they really do or not?sometimes i feel like they dont all the worrying i do sometimes i wonderif its really working or not i worry so much i get sad then i get even more depressed i dont know what to do.

How long have you been on one, and what dose have you risen to?Because, yeah, they usually help.

dose is 30mg i know it can go higher though.

How long you been on it, longer than 2 months? It might be time to increase it.

True cat eye... even the drug makers declare (only because the FDA makes them) that their drugs only help 30% of the population ....
