I needa lifeline really bad right now. I screwed up really really really really bad. I'm stupid and always mess things up. I can't stop crying. I've tried everything. I don't want to make it worse but I want him to know I'm sorry and I need to talk to him and I don't know how I'm going to make it through the next 10 minutes let alone the next hour and all alone even because I sent the kids to my parents and somebody please just read this and grab my hand so I don't fall.

I am so alone right now. and even more so probably because i don't know if he'll ever want to speak to me. it's wrong i know. but i just want so bad right now to be held and have someone care even though i'm a screwup. ohgod how am i going to drive home and get through the night

Hear I offer you a hug through the either. Can't give you a physical one but offer it in spirit. Things will be ok for love makes alowences for any stuff up. Hang in there it always seems worse than it is.

I'm sorry you feel so bad about whatever is going on in your life right now. I'm also sorry you are alone tonight.  It isn't the end of the world. I know it must feel like it, from reading your post. But it isn't the end. Maybe it's the end of a type of response you have given etc, and a new way to relate to this person begins tomorrow? I hope you don't cry yourself to sleep, but you do need to sleep and not make any more decisions tonight. The sun will come out tomorrow and the light it shines will give you new insight, and more strength to get through this.

We all need somone, nun can get by alone. Its a crewl world & people are both the most wonderfull & scaryist thing you can run across. Luck, life, love & the blessings of spirit upon you. Gotta go now so signing off. Hang in there one never knowes there own strength till its tested.

oh thank you so very much. i needed to hear that. it sounds stupid but i'm scared to leave work because then I won't be by the computer and what if he emails me and if i do stop crying on the way home i don't deserve it--i deserve to cry all the way home and i'm scared i won't. god am i screwed up!!!

Can you send another email saying you have to go home from work now... but you are eager to hear from him? If he's worth all this, he'll reply eventually.
You don't deserve to cry all the way home, that wouldn't be safe if you're driving. I would hope you can pull yourself together, and arrive home safely.

I sent one email saying I'm sorry. Another saying I didn't know. No response but I don't even know if he's on. And even though I'm doing something horrible, god sends me angels. he has sent every one of you folks and then my one friend from work just came in and without even telling her what's wrong managed to cheer me up. I guess I just go home, try not to think about it and wake up in the morning and deal with this next mess I've made. thank you.

Oh muffy--for you to take time out on your birthday to reply to me for something I stupidly did myself just shows how wonderful you are. Thank you for the words of encouragement. I'll probably spend most of the day tomorrow on the curb looking at the beautiful waterfall. thank you.

how are you doing today hun? hope you're ok... just remember that today is another day and (fingers crossed) you can put what happened yesterday behind you.

I'm trying to let yesterday not enter my mind too much (but I sit here and watch the clock and say, "hmm 2:30, he's off work now, wonder how much hell his afternoon will be and wonder when I'll hear from him).

stay with the good vibes as much as you can (((cantstop))) the worst could happen, but there is no use consuming yourself with fear or worry or anything that isnt the equivalent of what you want most... good stuff, right? instead of fearing/worrying/etc., do something relaxing and take your mind away from more stressful matters.. maybe you can begin to enjoy your time in personal ways and then share that joy with others.. maybe it wont work but thats my idea for now.. good luck always...

dear can't stop crying,
try to hang on babe. please remember that only you can save yourself. but we can hug you and hold your hand. you have to take that first baby step. please don't beat yourself up even if you think you are wrong. he knew who he is getting involved with and these things happen to people all the time. I don't mean you that should just suck it up--not at all. but you will recover as a couple. try to visualize it first because that will help calm you and make it happen. hugs, pi
