But I was at a point where I could see an end... it was a long way off but at least I could see an end!
But I can't do this anymore without John, I love him so so much and e says the reason why he broke up with me... well he said that he's really confused, bt he said he thinks he's a bad person and does nothing but hurt me. But he's not! i know from the progress I made lately that it's the depression that makes me take things the wrong way and I knew I could deal with that then.  I just love him soooooo much I can't be wihtout him, I need to at least see him to talk about this properly instead of text

Can you talk to him on the phone? He didn't say he doesn't love you, so that is something to build on when you can talk. Maybe he sees you in so much pain and can't help you that he feels he should be able to. Remember that even though he's your superman, he really is human and has his fears and worries, too, hon. Keep contact with each other, reassure him that he is not bad, that you can help each other heal.
