I am just a ball of emotion... I don't exactly what I feel...
I think I feel all sorts of mad and sad and really triggered to self harm.
and not really really really really really really freakin numb...
I don't want to feel this way. Make it stop. Someone... anyone...
please... ... make it stop.
My mind is racing 100 miles a minute about so many different things that nothing makes sense. It is all a blur.
I don't know what bring this on or how to make it stop!!!!!!!!! *is starting to freak out*

Any idea what triggered this Manda?

Whatever it is, can you take your mind off it for a bit. Use some distractions, playing cards, computer games, drawing or play soothing music.

I hope you feel better soon (((((((((( Manda ))))))))))

well Manda, take a deep breathe... relax a few, let the breath out.. someone can stop it.. that person is you! calmly check out the available support systems in your area... surely there is a place where you can connect with someone local to help you right now?

Try community mental health, maybe through local hospital. Also try Catholic Social Services. You do not have to be Catholic and they provide help on a sliding fee scale based on what you can pay...from nothing up to full price. Have you tried any techniques to calm down yet? Slowly take in those deep breathes. Sometimes we get so upset and aggitated it seems like an endless loop. Please reach out to someone IRL to help you through this. Don't let money be an obstical (and I know how very many things it is an obsticle too.) You can do this. I believe in you.

Good job! If you don't currently have a t you should consider pursuing the avenues that are available to you either at reduced cost or no cost. Maybe going outside for some fresh air will help calm you down, also.

State Mental Health Agency
Division of Mental Health, Department of Human Resources
2 Peachtree Street, NW, Room 22
Atlanta, GA 30303
Phone: 404-657-2252

Because I don't know where in GA you are, I can't you more specifics, but go to www.georgia.gov and on the left click on Family and Health, then choose the first option and enter your area that you live.

http://www.catholiccharitiesatlanta.org/ I think towards the bottom there is a link for counselling. Even if you are not in the Atlanta region, try this.
