I don't know how much you've done so far, so forgive me if you've tried these things already.
Get yourself talking to people. If you can, ideally you'd want to see a therapist. Are you on meds? If not, you may want to consider, because they can really help you cope sometimes. If neither of those appeal, you should really have at least one friend you can talk to about this. At the very least they can make sure you're safe if you won't. Being safe is the number one priority. As a last resort, if you really feel like you won't be able to control yourself, get yourself to a hospital, because they can keep you safe there. It's not pleasant, but better unpleasant and alive than the alternative. Hang in there, keep trying to distract yourself, and if you need, there are a lot of friendly folks around here like myself (and a lot of 'em far more qualified than myself to help with these things ^_^") who will be more than happy to talk to you ![]() Hope I helped some! I know it's hard not to be suicdal, I have been there myself, if you get worse you should call someone or go to the closes ER for help. Try writting down why you think you feel that way and then write down your positive things, keep the positive list and put it somewhere you can see it all the time and read it and trash the negative sheet. Somethings for your positive list, I'm giving, helpful, willing to help and a wonderful person. You can even put things on your positive list such as, I got up, showered, ate or even I brushed my teeth today. Try not to be so hard on yourself and believe that you can over come this horrible feeling and I will be happy again. It will take time but please take care of yourself and see someone if thing get worse. I hope this ecard puts a little smile on your face. I agree with the other posts.
do you have a plan, are you getting to a therapist or someone who can help you? if you are not getting help, please try to do so. If you have a plan, please realize how serious this is. That's just a few steps or even one step from doing it, so if you are feeling that way please go somewhere safe with people, possibly to the er hang in there |

I agree with what everyone said on what to do when you feel that way and how to keep yourself safe and you need to let someone know .
