I feel as though i was going down a dead end road and when i turned around there was a wall there. Trapped. Nowhere to go. What now? Down in the abyss with no light, cold and lonely. I had a glimmer of light for a day or two. But why did it leave again? Where did it go? Nothing different. Its been to long. Cant go on with this much pain. Its eating a hole inside.sorry, just rambling. Cant stop my head.

Never say your sorry, you are in pain and needed to let it out, we all understand what you're feeling, for we have or are now in that place and feeling exactly how you are feeling. Climb up Cantstopcrying's ladder and come and let us help, we are here to listen. I hope you are seeing a therapist and if you're on meds. maybe you are not on the right ones. Have you tried listing things you would like to do or feel and picking one as your goal? Maybe you could share that so we can see how to help you.

I am sorry that you are feeling bad, monday T had me do this exercise where you write down a list of things that make you happy, it really helped to lighten my mood. We did this in a group therapy session and some of the lists were very entertaining, the exercise is to get you to change your prospective on things, I don't know if trying that would help it's probably worth a try. ![]() ![]()
