I feel so awful
Physically as well as mentally... don't even have the energy to type. Just sit, cry ad wish it'd just stop.

I'm falling... just keep on falling.

We'll catch you. What kind of relaxing techniques have you tried? Have you considered a massage? Not just a get-the-kinks-out but an actual theraputic massage...release the negative energy in you, help you sleep. I know you don't like medication and I don't knw if that extends to herbals also, but if it doesn't you could try melatonin or valerian root at bedtime. You're a very slight sized person physically so maybe start with 1/2 of one so you don't feel groggy, but I've used both and my daughter uses melatonin when she's gotten out of her sleep cycle and can't get back in it.

Been doing yoga... I have been sleeping a little better... I don't wake up as often, but I still have nightmares. I can't always remember them now though, but I can't decide if that's better or not because I wake up panicky and depressed and I don't know why.
I'll check melatonin out... I'd heard it mentioned before, but didn't know that was herbal.

I'm just unwell today... think I've got a stomach bug... so obviously it's making me feel worse. As well as that some money of mine has gone walk abouts from my bedroom... and I'm really annoyed about that. Plus, my dads playing up and *HUGE sigh* yeh, I just feel awful.

Sounds like a good day to take a water bottle, throw on your comfy tennis shoes, maybe take some sketch paper and pencils and go for a walk. Breathe in the fresh air, look around at things, maybe draw them how you would see them if you were looking for the very first time at them. Then walk a little further and do the same thing. The fresh air will revitalize your body, the drawing will be a release and the walking will be your exercise for the day.

I'm so sorry about your money being missing--there's never enough to go around and when some comes up missing it's hard, and it's an invasion. Go take that walk and let your bad feelings trail behind you (just make sure to take a different way home so you don't pick them up on the way back!!!)
