Im blank on words. Ive been hurtin for so long. It feels like i cant go any lower then i drop again. There aint no way for me to get out. Ive been isolating real bad. Just cant cope anymore. Dont know i have any fight left. They changed my meds again. I needed it done long before this. But i dont think it will work anyway. There aint no hope for me. Im just too broken.

i hope the new meds will help you. so glad you stuck it out so far. it will pay off. i know. i've been where you are and now my life is good. try to keep hope alive or let us hold you up until you can stand alone all by yourself. we care about you.

There is always hope. Many times we have to accept where we are RIGHT NOW and that we may never get "back" to where we once were. But there is always hope that the future can bring something new and different. If you hang on with the medication changes and continue to put one foot in front of the other each day, you will find things will get better
