Sorry to hear that you are having a rough time. I think there is often a very fine line behind great sadness, and great anger... sometimes it is hard to differentiate what we are feeling, and then we are just left feeling frustrated as I imagine you are. What options do you have available for you to relieve these intense feelings? Family/friends to talk to? Journaling? Distractions? I find the latter to be of most help to me...
Hope that you are feeling better soon,
Sending lots of positive vibes your way

Jacq

Unfortunately... not much, I mean I can talk to my husband, but more often than not I just don't have have words to express how I am feeling.
Journaling is tough because
1) like I said its hard to put feelings into words but also
2) I am a sort of a perfectionist so I can't journal without proofreading it like 10 times and re-writing and stuff... it's crazy.
As far as distractions, I haven't really found anything that really works really good for me.

I'm glad to hear that you have someone you can talk to. Do you think that if you just explained to your husband that you need to have his support, but are not in the place right now where you can describe how you feel, that he would just be there to, hold you - Or show you love in whichever way he is capable of? Sometimes actions can speak far more than words, and when everything boils down.. we just need to feel loved and accepted.
