hi roxy,

I'm sorry you're feeling so low but I'm glad you posted about it! It's definitely not good to stay in that hole too long, it's such a dark scary place! You're going to be fine. Is there anything that normally helps you crawl out of the hole, like some favourite music, a movie, maybe going for a walk or a favourite food? Try to distract yourself from all that darkness if you can and it'll be light again before you know it. Don't forget you're not alone in this. I care and I'm sending you lots of good vibes.

Hey Roxy,

I'm trying to climb out of mine too. Some things that tend to help me is fish oil twice a day....or FISH. So today I had both, fish oil this morning and cod liver oil and then tuna for lunch...it did lift enough for me to function! Another thing I did today was to walk while listening to my music, it was difficult but it definitely helped me to cope.

Other things that I do is just what you are doing, reach out to other people, friends, family, or the internet! That helps me to take my mind off of myself and on to other people, answering questions, providing advice if I can...anything to get out of my own head!

I hope you are feeling better!

Best Wishes,

TJ

Hey Roxy...

Sorry to hear you're feeling low. I've been attempting to climb out of my hole too. I don't know if that helps....I guess I'm just trying to say that you're not alone!!

What do you mean when you say your depression is an 8?

Talk to you later!!
