I have posted my hurting and sad thoughts in the past few days. Your responses have made me think....
And I am going to get back into therapy. Been a while but maybe a little fine tuning will get me back on track.
I have been on meds for 6 months but that was as far as I went. Of course, my insurance ends at the end of April but I will do as suggested on this site and see if the doctor can give me some samples till I have insurance again.
I am still not sure about starting therapy again. I feel like it could take me deeper down if I open myself up to things I have shoved down inside of me hoping to not feel bad again.
But, I do appreciate your responses and you are all helping me in one way or another.
