do you feel like you still need help? it is easier to resolve issues sooner than to let them fester for months or years and then try to deal with them. if you are unsure, you should go. maybe try a different therapist, and see what they think after a few sessions. jmho

why do you think you'd be wasting everyone's time? Do things seem hopeless to you?
If it seems like a good idea to you it probably is worth a try.

Sould I go back to therapy?

I love your dancing Meowth's by the way... lol

Wasting your parents money would be something more like---spending the same amount of money (or more) that they would on therapy, only instead wasting it on a shopping spree for clothes you don't need that you won't even wear next year. The difference is that a good therapist can help you to really start to live again, and feel good about yourself. Therapy can provide a lasting, positive impact for the rest of your life, enabling you to feel more confident and like who you are. Wasting money doesn't do anything like that.

Another thing to consider is that your parents might not have to spend hardly anything at all on the therapist. If they have insurance, the cost of seeing a therapist won't be near as much. You've nothing to lose. What's life without risks? Go for it.

Sould I go back to therapy?

Maybe the best way to answer your question is to go back and see how it feels?
