Hello.
Most in my system have decided I need to be 'locked up', but they are giving me a chance to prove I am not worthy of that fate, by forcing me to be out all day.
I got very angry at a young man, Nick, in gym, but I (amazingly)was able to control my temper...
Apperently I am good at Bad Mitten. Who would've guessed? I rather like the game....perhaphs I love more than my wife and my music after all.

Dear [dance]Erik, sounds like you are all good at playing the game. In your initial post at top, I was wondering whether you were students or staff members! Well, have as much fun as you can with it, without endangering yourselves. billieJ

Eriks plus, don't worry after the second or third grade we stopped trying to fit in so we hyper focused on our studeies. I don't know how good you are communicating with each other but we devided the classes up andeach focused on one class.this allowed us time out yet get though quiker. there is now the GED option If they let you. We are so diffrent I can't even tell you how many times we looked at events as doing hard time . we glad you talk to us hear. we hope you find ways to make the controlers happy so you can move on remember we have to play game up to a point just remember you don't have to play it here.we keep telling my son "We are many, Yet we are one" in true DID fashion goodluck.
Thanks for this!

Hill erik it not just about the host and the sad part is you are her care taker. the reason you are out the most is because you are the strongest. My foster mom would always tell me not to worry because the one with the skills and strength would always be their to protect us all. ain't life a B.... and you do the job so well that she is quite comfortable taken the back seat remember it is only when each part has healed there pain that you can take the back seat and let some of the others take on more of the load. Do you talk with each other. do you know if what keeps her hiding has passed. start giving her encourage ment. she is not bad just very scared. I was very scared for a long time. I am just now spending more time out . and news flash I hate the word Host it sucks!!!!!! I am no better then the rest that make me who I am. so please don't be angery at her because outside single minds are being such !!!!!!!!! put your chosen word here. so we we don't have to beep it out.. you get my meaning stay strong and you are defenitly no alone

I am not out the most. In fact, I am hardly out at all.
The Host is NOT frightened. She chooses to stay inside because she loves it there & feels comftable.

badmitten is a cool sport..haven't played it in well...too many years to admit too...but i loved it...it's a great game because you can really beat the crap out the little birdie thingie and it perfectly okay.

enjoy it...beat the birdie up and not other students...ya get in less trouble that way...much less hassle.

perfectly cool for the host to lay low...what ever works best for everyone is what works best. i do hope she enjoyed her birthday...even if she kept a low profile.

you're out by denver right? must be great this time of year...you guys had some snow already...i haven't been out that way in some time but always enjoyed the people & area.

i must say that i look forward to your posts (all of them from the whole system)...i enjoy reading the vierwpoints from each and everyone one of you.

keep yourselves safe.

stumpy & the sometimes rowdy peeps...& hey eat a chocolate cupcake for us if there are any left around
Thanks for this!

Take care of youselves!

-------------------------------------------------------

hey...who am i to question anyone's "system, family whatever"...if it works...it works....

my little merry band of peeps is just that. i don't let the chaos out to post because well it wouldn't be pretty...except every once and a while when i just can't help it ("sliders...the little hamburger with alters") for the most part i'm very private about the peepsters but thats just me...there's about 6-8...its a fairly stable bunch unless all hell is breaking loose then things vary.

if the host opts to lay low then so be it.if the host opts to dance nekkid in da streets well i hope its summer cuz otherwise she's gonna get frostbite...look everyone is different...everyone copes different.

mpd/did whatever set of initials you opt to use these days saved us all...i know it did me. but it also left me in pieces which is good and bad...at 51 (yuppers i had a birthday too this month) i still struggle with things i shouldn't have too but hey it's life.

i can't presume to know what anyone else has gone thru...nor they me. i know that for me the abuse that led to me become did was pretty severe and then compounded by ptsd from law enforcement work as well.

i do beleive tho because of what i have lived thru that we are to support each other...so if someone here says their support network is made up of aardvarks well then so be it. hey...i have lunatic basset hounds...one who talks back to me (serioulsy he does)

so that said...the host can lay low for her birthday. enjoy. do what 17 yrd olds do when they lay low. (okay i'm 51 with dogs)

i personally dragged the dogs to new hampshire and went camping...didn't know a soul, went to favorite spots, communed with nature, worked thru some serious issues and let my 4 yr old peep eat massive quantities of chocolate ice cream because sometimes ya just gotta let go ...and hey its got calcium to prevent osteoporosis for the 51 yr old bones (right?!).

tolerance, repect and ice cream...work for me all the time.

Ahhhh! The irony!
When we're IN school, not a snowday in sight!
But when we're on BREAK, they announce a snowday three days strait!
Fair?
I think not!
But who said life was fair?
