So, I get confused, I"m still rather in denail about this all, and how the system works.. I am also still so nervous and scared of being made fun of or told i'm a horrible liar and I'm faking it
 I have, two alters, Pip a coyote who is a protecter, and Fernfox a little I keep loosing time again, and my system keeps falling into chaos at random times, it's like we are running circles around each other. I feel scared, and notice that we or us is used when talking to friends or family at times, they never notice, but i do, and i wonder why sometimes we or us feels better and is needed to be said sometimes versus others... i'm confused and scared, i'm not sure if I"m going to leave this up, i may delte it, i'm terrfifed,....... |

((((((((((((Silversparrow))))))))))))) I'm sorry you are struggling. I can't remember, but do you have a therapist? I was in major denial for several years (and even now from time to time). It's a lot to absorb. Take gentle care.

you're not a horrible liar or faking it, so don't worry about that Sometimes parts are really good at looking "normal" to others - and why would the others suspect anything? When looking at any of your friends would you expect them to be a different part of themselves? Some people don't even truly know what dissociation is, some have 0 clue. Loads of hugs

dont be scared - easy to say - hard to do - iwish i could give you a real hug but these will ahve to do take gentle care of you ok and talk as much as you need to - there are lots of peole here who can help you - so dont hold it in take care P7
