is anyone or has anyone dealt with uncooperative, angry, possibly harmful alters?
what did you do?? Vicki is being difficult to say the least. i'm not sure she realizes that if she hurts herself she hurts us all. or does she?? how much control do you (any of you) have over alters? I don't seem to have much over Vicki right now and it's scary.
any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.
thanks

I have an alter to his name Zack and he is one of my best friends but sumtimes he does things that I have no control over like the way he stares at my little sister and that freaks me out I can comtrol him but when I drink a bit it's like he takes ova and does as he pleases I realy don't know how to control but he does listen to me when i tell him not to do sumthing but then he gives a evil chuckle when he agrees to do sumthing so i don't know if he is listening to me or just pretending.

Vickie may not know that if she hurts herslef she hurts all of you. It depends wether the alters are co-conscious or not. the Dominant alter knows about the others but the others may not know about each other.. I don't what the situation is. however if the alters are co-conscious (knowlegable about each others existance and able to hear one another) than you might want to try talking to her or having your therapist talk to her about hurting all of you. Hope this helps some uncooperative alters?
