Sorry things are so confusing and painful for you right now. I don't know if this would work for you, but sometimes, when I get that feeling of "I don't know what to feel", instead of judging that feeling as bad, I do my best to just let it be what it is. I mean, I don't judge it and I sit with it and give myself permission to not know what I feel.

It is a skill that can take some practice...but maybe give yourself that gift of allowing you to feel that confusion. It will pass....I promise. I know it doesn't seem like it, but right now isn't your always.

And you are strong!! It takes a lot of strength and courage to reach out for support and discuss the scary and horrifying feelings we hold inside.

Keep hanging on. You don't know what you feel and that feels wrong, but it isn't just wrong, it can also be right at the same time. It is very human to not know how to identify our emotions. This is what is called a "dialectic". That means something can be both good and bad at the same time and we can still be okay.

The stronger ones want us youngers not to feel because they say we weak for it and we fight. The stronger ones want to shut out everything and they say it make them strong for others that need they strenght.
we do so good to now. We have difer thoghts and none wants to agree or be fair. We be strong in front of world and be quiet, let olders do they thing. They not want us to show even in privat. We be strong for mom and frind mom caus they sick. Stronger ones very negtive and cold. Strong ones say we wine much, they like others outsiders no understand us. Sometimes the others inside do not understand what the little ones think. You are not weak for you all have feelings and they need to be heard just as well. You all are a part of the whole and you all played a part in the safety of the totality of you all. There is nothing wrong with you.

You are strong for what you did and you do have the right to be heard. In time you will get to say what you feel. Sometimes the others that are older are trying to protect and many times they do not mean to be mean but that is what they are there for.

You are strong and we understand things that happen sometimes too fast. But they are happening because it is time for them to happen. We do hear you and we understand. Know that we care and are here for you when you need or want to talk.

They just to much happen right now. We wish could go sleep and let go evything.
First we be happy to find where love was bury. Then we find mom with cancer spreading to heart. Then frind mom with tyroid cancer. and then gramma with eye disese. Now we lose time agin and we no rember spaces.
