It's always there

The silent one revealed himself today as we came out of a meditation. He feels so lost and maybe depressed or confused. We're kinda feeling out of balance since he showed up. Why are we saying anything? We don't really know, but it often helps us to write.

It's Always There

There's a trail of pain
That starts in the ar-e-a of you,
No matter how far you run,
It's... always there.

There's an emptiness
That somehow... is never filled.
No matter how much I try,
It's always there.

Well, you can't hide the past so well
And you can't ignore the tears that swell.
You can't touch what's deep inside
And you can't bury
what's not yours to hide....

Look into the mirror....
What kinda monsters do you see?

Oh, don't re-mind me....

Nobody sees
Where each rainbow ends
And nobody knows
Where the shadows slip in....

Nobody knows
Where we've gone some days,
Nobody knows
Or they just don't care....

Well, you can't hide the past so well

The day my spirit died....

Thank you for sharing this faded spirit. We are sorry you are feeling this way, but you expressed it so beautifully.
When part is feeling depressed and confused, it can discombobulate all, even if the bad feelings are not theirs. I hope it is good that the silent one revealed himself? Even if it has caused turmoil?

Thank you for posting. I am sorry that you are feeling this way and I hope you know that we are here for you. We notice when you feel this way and we hear you. We notice when you slip away, and we care so much.

Please keep posting and reaching out as you can. We are listening and we understand. Maybe more than we want to admit. We have a silent one also. The lost feelings we know. The depression and confusion is ever present. But if we keep working it will pass someday.

We are here and care. Hang in there. Hugs.

hi my name is dinah we do not know eachother but i wanted
to send safe hugs if thats ok and that i hope you feel better
soon you wrote out your feelings so well i felt every word in
my heart deep inside cuz we understand how youre feeling
eventho the silent one has caused some feelings to come up
in the long run its all for the best thats hes decided to show
himself i think i hope that he will start to heal adn as he does
so will the rest of you hope he and all of you can feel some
relief from the pain confusion and all those other feelings soon
