does anyone suffer from this? How is it treated? What helps it? any one any suggestions?

thank you for your reply!!! That site helped alot,, It scared me so bad,, I thought I was dying... my anxiety and panic made it ten times worse.. have you ever suffered from vertigo?

Yes that's why I sent you one of my sites I keep cause I knew if I just said it's ok blah blah blah you;d still be scared...AND yes I get dizzy a lot and sometimes I have thought it was anxiety when it was labrythitis which you do not have but I get often..I have had BPPV ..Being dizzy can scare the hell outta ya..I know it has me
