I went back for at 8 week follow up appointment this afternoon. It didn't go very well and they are sending me for a Abdominal and Pelvis CT scan monday morning at 7. I"m very very nervous and scared.

He was concerned about the about of pain I'm still having. He pressed in one spot and I about jumped off the table. He said something about the amount of weight I've gained in 8 weeks. I've gained 12 pounds, and my stomach is distended somewhat. So right now I'm not really with it. Autopilot right now. Much Hugs, Monty

Yo Zo,
 I got the message girlThe prep stuff made me sick as a dog. They had to do a dye contrast thingy in an IV thingy bop. So I'm drinking tons of water like they asked me to so I flush out my kidneys of the dye. ( on my 4th bottle of water ) I'll let you know if I hear anything. D has already called. He's a nervous wreck as well. So sick to my stomach I only stayed at work an hour and I've been home sleeping since with the phone next to my ear. K, going back to sleep and I'll catch ya later. MG

Hmmm One would think if it was life threatening they would have notified you rather quickly, eh? I hope they call soon and either relieve any fears, or help make a plan to heal...

I got to talk to my doctor's nurse. She said that they just got back the report from the radiologist and that the doctor will be looking at it this afternoon. So he's suppose to call me in the morning to give me the results. So trying to make it through tonight.

That's what I keep telling myself _Sky. That if there was something really really wrong they wouldn't of let me leave the hospital in the first place. Just real nervous and scared. I heard some comments made by one of the teches that made me concerned. But I'm not going to think about anything until I hear from the doctor.

Ok I called and found out what it is. It's a naste fibroid tumor. So now I have to go to the Gyno to have it looked at and see what he wants to do about it. I don't have a gyno. So I had to call around and find one this morning. I have an appointment with the doctor wed. morning. Just want I want to do.

Sorry to hear about the fibroid. I had fibroids but the whole thing is gone now. Hang in there.
