This weekend we were supposed to hang out with our boyfriend and his best friend, and tonight after doing therapy work, being sick with bad cold, having to leave D. Office because I was so sick, coming home to messy house and getting a terrible shift for work for the next two weeks, boyfriend says this:
i just mentioned to lauren that you wanted to come over saturday night, and she (in the nicest way possible) said that she'd rather you not. and I was talking to him on msn and he went and told her how i felt and now we are all scared and triggery and i dont know who to trust and im crying and eveything is too fast |

I had a talk with the friend. I understand much better now that it wasnt cause of me but because shes having a hard time too right now.. That makes me feel a bit better. Had a cry, laid around feeling sick as hell for a while.. and my roomate camehome and sort of knew and just started talking to me about different stuff and it sort of brought me back,
I still feel real little but much more stable than i did a while ago. My cats snuggling me too, which helps. he always loves me if all else fails i just have to remind myself that even if noone else loved or needed me , Milo certainly does. To the point where its annoying sometimes in a cute way Thanks everyone (((((everyone))))0 |

Glad you feel better. I know how tough that sort of reaction is. Be gentle with yourself and do what you need for you.

It's hard to not feel rejection in many things when the past has been full of rejection.
It speaks of your strength in that you were able to recenter and see the situation for what it was. Another person's issues coupled with perhaps a bit of miscommunication. Glad things are better.

yeah, i find when i start to get triggered like that or feeling off, or unreal.. usually some sort of distraction, or some sort of other situation coming into my perception nice and sharply can shake me out of it. Like when i was sitting there all enveloped in my upsetness and my roomate came in and started talking about something random it kind of shook my awareness back to center again. cory (boyfriend) promised extra snuggles to make up for it before they go to hang out too ![]() Hi Annabelle! ![]() |
