Thank you, everyone, for the support you've offered. I was reading a post in another forum and it talked about people who post because they are seriously down, get support, and then in two days start the cycle over again.
I suppose that can happen and I'm sure it does. It's been seriously difficult for me lately and I just wanted everyone to know that everyone here within the "system" appreciates and feels validated because finally, after all of these years, we have a place to come where we don't feel alone.
It's very confusing for me. It makes me extremely sad. It makes me feel so isolated - what I'm going through. But, I know you are all here, in this box and that is kind of familiar because all of us are in boxes.
Thank you for being patient, kind and loving when we are unable to do that for ourselves. Sometimes it puts us back on track, other times it picks us up, and still others - it just is.
I just needed to say this because I am so incredibly sad, confused, dissociative too often blah blah blah

You know I am very new myself, but I think parts of this border on what KD was saying in another thread about judging a person. It is what it is, I did not know there was a time line for support, like okay we have supported you thru 5 crises in a 24 hour period so you have to wait..smile..no it does not work that way, people should support as they feel they can give, but to judge someone who may be chronically in the throws of depression or crises just does not sit well within myself, but thats just me being mushy all over..smile..I am a very sensitive type, but to think someone is watching on a calender, or god forbid a watch at how many times I have or anybody else has been knocked to the ground because of an Alter, or trigger, Therapy, or life in general is very scary thought. So, I wanted you to know your not alone, reaching out is hard, but you should not worry that your burdening anyone or being judged when you need to post, again just my point of view..I gots feelings too ya know...but in general I feel the same that there are some really incredible folks here, along different levels of healing, offering what they can when they can.

yup, its too bad when some judge some others, whatever their dx, as "whining" when they are in pain....

We have ALL been judged, wrongly, too much. Blech.

until you walk a mile...... right?

Most of the people here are kind and honest (and even, dare I say it, forgiving.....) with good intentions. What more could you ask for?

Take care
Fuzzy

My thoughts and feelings EXACTLY

Take gentle care,
Fuzzy

PS wouldnt it be great if we could all avoid all triggers in this forum and all other forums. Personally I am offered triggered badly by certain post titles in capitals. To me it often feels rude, aggressive, hostile, and like screaming. That is my issue though, and to continually blame and reject someone where it is not against the "rules" of the site doesn't do me a lot of good People Here Are Incredible

not meant to be loaded People Here Are Incredible ... I'm just wondering because TWO people here have expressed concern about it.

I think most online sites do have some people who like to judge others.... perhaps to make themselves feel better, amongst other reasons. So yes, I have encountered this phenomenon on this and other sites People Here Are Incredible

And NO I do not think it is my thought distortions, "APD" or "paranoia"...... People Here Are Incredible

But perhaps it is, partly,.... who knows. This world is full of mysteries, ya know?
