and I thought I was the only one that downed the benedryls the night before seeing a therapy professional. LOL

Not recommended but it sure beats the you know what out of staying up all night worrying about what is going to happen.

On the other hand my therapist LL knows I use benedryl as a sleep aid and sees nothing wrong with it. Benedryl contains the same sleep aid that is found in many sleep aids like tylenol pm and other over the counter and some prescription sleep aids.

Rainbowzz,

"Benadryl makes my PVC's flare up" ME TOO! Who would have thought!

Deep breath, going to session can be tough. Good luck, my friend.

Hugs a Billion and One,
Songbird

Not Ready For T appointment with psychdoc tomorow

So mad at myself!

I worried and worried until nine am, when my appointment was at 1130.
having had no sleep i tried to lay down for an hour and slept right through my damned appointment

Im sure it was partially me trying to get out of the appointment but I WAS going to go and now im just cranky at myself.

anyways I called and rescheduled. So all is not lost.
But still.

Why do I do these things?
