 have that self pity needy thing going...had nightmares most of the night..woke up teary eyed..just yuck..but thank you..trying to put on  ...sometimes it works sometimes not..

ugh, yes, nightmares.
 They're hard for sure. I had one the other night and knew it was happening right then... it took a while for me to orient myself enough to realize it wasn't going on. It's hard especially if they are reoccurring ones. Understand trying to put on the  . It doesn't always reach the eyes, but sometimes it helps regardless.I wish for you a peaceful day. thank you..I think I just need some rest..right now have that tug going on to try and interact here or get some drugged sleep...but I think I will go get some rest and pop in later this evening when I am feeling better...again ((Wanto))..thank you..

I hope you get some well-deserved rest. Nightmares suck. Had one the other night too. Took a few days to shake it. Maybe some rest will shake it off for you.
