sorry right now with the new lay out here. the new color look. it's triggering and i can't be here. i can read the daily email of the post here. but can't stay at the site until i can more comfortable with it. takes me a while.

Thanks for telling us triggered Yes, change is often difficult... but look at it as progress in therapy, because you KNOW this is a safe site, and here is something triggery...and yet you are motivated to work through it ..and as you do, you will pave the way to also work through other triggering things.

Take your time, everything will still be here once you are accustomed to it. TC
