boy,

If you and the others have something to say, it's a good, safe place to say it.

T is right, you don't have to.

Journaling helps here a lot. Things are learned and brain is emptied. Good luck if you decide to try it.

Journaling is a persons personal choice.

years ago journaling was called writing in a diary. then the word diary got changed to the word jounal and now in the computer age the words diary and journal are now being called "blog"

its just for the person who is writing and no one HAS to do it.

I do it because it does help me. For me writing is easier then talking sometines. My head gets to thinking so fast and on so many different topics and angles that its hard to say to someone this is what I am thinking but w hen I pick up a pen and paper and just write what I am thinks and hearing without trying to make sense of it. when I reread what I have wrote I can find the sentences that belong together and make sens of what I need to do to take care of myself.

No one can make anyone do journaling, and no one candecide for someone else if they should write in a journal, diary, blog because it is a persons personal experiences that are being written about.

Which ever way you decide to journal or not is ok with me.

Hang in there

IT HELPED ME, AND I'M ONE OF THOUGHS DYSLEXIC PEOPLE THAT HATE WRITTING. IT WAS WEIRD GETTING STARTED, BUT ONCE I DID I COULDN'T STOP. IT HELP ME UNDERSTAND MY ALTERS.

A BIT OF ADVICE IF YOU DO; MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS. IN THE BEGINING I DROVE MYSELF NUTS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE I HAD PUT IT.. I ENDED UP FINDING SEVERAL, EACH FROM DIFFERENT ALTERS.

I HAVE A HARD TIME OPENNING UP. ONCE I EVEN LEFT IT A THE T'S OFFICE, AND TOOK OFF. I FIGURED IF THAT DIDN'T SCARE HIM OFF, NOTHING I SAID WOULD. IT'S PROBRABY WASN,T A GOOD THING TO DO. I JUST THOUGHT MAYBE YOU'D GET A KICK OUT OF IT.
