It was a really great, but difficult one. Did EMDR on a memory and it was really awesome afterwards. I'm glad that the memory work is starting and I can start to heal and go on with my life functioning better. I go back on the 15th and have another one that same week since she is Simi-retired and only see her every other week. It was a very inspiring session today. I actually feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I know it won't last, but the next time I go in the muck and hole...I'm taking a ladder with me so it won't be so difficult to get out of it as it has this one.

I hope everyone is doing the best that they can.

Hugs to those that want them.

Great, but hard session with T

I'm so glad EMDR is working for you! Me too, but slow going. We finally went back to it. Sigh.

Glad to hear you are doing well.
