Todays session was great .... I was a bit nervous because i sometimes wonder what i'm going to talk about .... my therapist and i get along so well, there is a connection there, we could be really good friends if it weren't for boundaries. We had a laugh today, we sort of bounce of each other, we pick up on each others feelings etc .... she actually welled up today at one point which to me shows she is human and cares .....

We are both on holiday at seperate times over the next few weeks, but she said i could e.mail her whenever i want which is great ..... i told her I'd been knd of up and down and keep numbing out ...i did it a few times today in session actually.

She said I am becoming more aware of my feelings, piecing things together and seem to be in an adult place more these days .....
Tomorrow it will be a year since I first went .....neither of us could believe how quick it's gone!!!!! We both had a fit of the giggles today which was really nice lol ..... i think so much of her ..... she is a wonderful therapist and i admire her for being a survivor and coming all this way to help others who have been thru the same .... she is wonderful and a shining example of how it can be done ..... thanks to her I WILL NEVER GIVE UP ....... Great therapy session .....

Yeah I had my session today....she helped me see that I need to really get beyond some things in my past that are haunting me... I have a lot of guilt and regret and need to let it all go....for whatever reason it is making it difficult for me to move forward....

TJ Great therapy session .....

After a years therapy my t told me i used to go in and worry that i had to get the 'deep' stuff out and worry i was talking about other things .... now i realise it's not all about remembering .... it is about living and coping with those feelings, thoughts and nightmares .... i tend to talk more about how things are affecting me these days .... and how i am letting go .... it will come to you skeeweeaka (((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))
