struggling bad
life makes no sense too much control on us ??????? can't even figure out if anyone is who they are or if we really exisit or maybe we are just figments of someone's imagination and we don't know who's imagination. swirling around and around. hate this hate not being "normal" prisoners in our own space someone let us out "she" won't give up control "she" won't let us be us we aren't here, we don't exist "she" wants to be something we're not so she puts up the front she pretends we don't exist she deny's we are here she wants her life. she's one of us!!! one of our own rejecting us. one of our own wants to destroy us not for good we'll form a rebellion we'll lock her inside like she wants to do to us we'll say she doesnt' exist everything is stuffed inside. nothing is being let out. if we can get out it will be an explosion she's afraid of that she's afraid of no control she doesn't know how much she doesn't have we will find the way out and then she'll have to know we exist. the "constellation" |

Can you call your T right away?
If you can't get her, try your P-doc or 911 if neccessary. You need to stay safe at all costs. Is the husband home right now or are you alone? Keep posting or PM.

this really resonates with me. a great deal. i've been thinking about these issues too... control. disavowal. i start to get scared that they do exist and i start to get scared that they do not exist. and i get scared they will go and i get scared they will stay.
can you do something nice to take care of yourself sweetie? very very very gentle (((all of you))) |
