NEED HELP BAD.....PLEASE!!!!

sorry its been so long that i have been here but please i need some help really bead , im going to support chat, if you can.please......

chat wont stay open for me....so here it is......I jsut got discharged from a 10 week program for female veterans for taking 12 10mg valiums( which noobody knew about until I mentioned it 24hours later)....and for smoking one cigarette in the female bathroom at the hospital while being inpatient....for insomnia....on a floor with only men....after I begged not to go to a VA hospital they sent me anyway...I called my Doc that night freaking out with flashbacks and they still kept me thier....so I smoked a cigarette....noone appraoached me and sais a thing to me...next night they send me for a sleep study...next morning they say Im being discharged....I get discharged never told why...I get back to program they told me I was discharged eraly for being non cmplaint(smoking the cigarette)...WTF that goes in my record...I call my husband...he says"WTF now we are back to sqare one, I cant take anymore and hangs up on me"...I tell them this...next morning I tell them Im a 10 because Im numb....they still send me home with full 30 day scripts of all meds plus ones I brought....who screwed up here.....

((((safe hug)))) I am so sorry that things weren't handled very well or clearly for you. You must have known about the ciggie though, or you wouldn't have been in the bathroom smoking it???

Ok. It's done. NOW what are the steps you can take to do this better? Will your T hold your extra meds for you? Can you feel safe with you keeping track? What caused you to take all those pills in the first place? Are the same feelings still with you? How can we here at PC help you?

I was sleep deprived for two weeks and they knew this gave me an apointment time to call the doc at 4:15 pm fri. I got his answering machine....then in front of the group she asked me if I was in crisis...of course Im gonna say no...I took the valium to sleep

We understand how desperate you get to sleep !!!!!!!

But then it probably does mean you are in crisis if you need that dose of Valium to sleep

evry morning we had to give a number one to ten on how we were doing mine was always a 3 cause I didnt sleep...they knew I wasnt sleeping....I had to ask to get seen by the doc...finally during week two he sees me and gives me an antidepressant with a sedative effect, 7.5 mg remron...didnt help...next day he said double it to 15 mg....didnt help...we tried to call fri.couldnt get him so med nurse said double it again to 30 mg and I had apointment to call doc on Monday...so monday comes I still had not slept....but monday night I tell the therapist I was working with that I took the valium the night before to help me sleep....noone needed to know...my stupidity I trusted her and told her....so next morning tues. morning they admit me to VA hospital...I beg them to not admit me to a VA hospital and that I have insurance to admit me to a local hospital and they blew me off....I get to the floor Im the only female thier and I went into total flashbacks and uncontrollable mood swings...in tears called the doc.who was the therapist I was working with told her what was going on...and she talked to me for a little while then thats when I went and smoked the cigarette....Im so pissed.....such a stupid thing cost me so much....and I asked for the help

They set you up to fail

they probably don't mean to do that, they're just dumb

you must be sooo strong to get through their (hospital's) huge huge mess-up.

my heart breaks for you and i'm very sorry that you had to endure such treatment.
