now that I am dissasociating more, I missed my appointment - so disapointed - he was gone all last week...

and I can't remember if he told me 2:00 or 3:00 tomorrow - so I am going at 2:00 and wait .... he is in private practice with another T so it isn't easy to get hold of him....

I am so disappointed... why am I doing this???? it's so hard to tell secrets... it makes me so uncomfortable... I hope he doesn't get totally mad.
just GRRRR to me.

((((((((((( freewill )))))))))))

Sorry things are difficult for you at the moment.

I'm sure your T will totally understand so try not to get even more stressed about it.

I find it helpful to write a list on a post-it note and stick it somewhere like on the fridge to remind me of things to do.

Take care. missed appointment - grrrrrrr

sorry you are struggling. missed appointment - grrrrrrr

I have a handy little "purse-size" calendar that I use daily(in my purse missed appointment - grrrrrrr)-- it's saved me many times!..... though a few times appointments were unknowingly made -- so those didn't get jotted down-- missed appointment - grrrrrrr missed appointment - grrrrrrr ....then I get so frustrated and embarrassed not knowing about them......

try not to be hard on yourself-- you are doing as good as you can.

freewill-- missed appointment - grrrrrrr missed appointment - grrrrrrr missed appointment - grrrrrrr missed appointment - grrrrrrr

((((((((((((((((((((freewill))))))))))))))))))))))))))) I am sorry that happened. I have been known to call about a gazillion times checking on the times of my appointments. It can be so hard. Take care.

I so understand. With my other T, that happened to me all the time. It was frustrating for me and I'm sure for the T. With the T I have now, we have our appointment on the same days every week and the same times. I struggled in the beginning but now even if I dissociate, I still end up there most of the time. It also helps that she knows what is going on. I think that helps the frustration. Maybe you can discuss with T what is going on?
