(but going to the psychiatrist went well, I got a referral for a free team of psychiatrist and psychologist and I went today to the psychiatrist and she told me to get an EEG thing? and in the same day I am going to the psychologist (in this team) and then back to the psychiatrist to get a final result thing so yeah.. things are moving forward, guess) (also since this team is at the psych ward and I have huge anxiety problems because of previous experiences I do not want to go back but I have to and Annie is pretty scared as well because she is little and yeah that is the only bad side of it)

it makes sense to not mention things that don't bother you. i did well for a long time so only saw my psychiatrist twice a year for a long time until things started becoming more of a struggle. now i see her once a month, sometimes more depending.
what you hare is up to you, and what you think is an issue also depends on what you are okay with, how it affects your functioning if it does, etc.
