i talked to my friend and she took some meds--"just enough to sleep" but she called ALL her friends from the hospital we were in together and talked to us.
she had called sat. and talked to me for a long time--not good thoughts.
3 of us friends decided to call 911 and so an ambulance is on it's way there. she lives far far away.

if anyone prays, please do her name is melissa.
i just can't lose a friend.

i've done nothing but cry all day. her situation so complex---and in my gut i know i probly will never see her again. it's a feeling--but with her situation it is also reality. my T didn't understand and just spewed out the same old T talk trying to convince me taht I-it's not my fault, 2-i have no control, 3-hunches/gut feelings are usually wrong and that melissa will still be around in 6 months....she didn't listen to the PAIN and the HURT i feel right now. it's so deep and it feels so raw--no words. i don't remember the T session today. jsut little bits. it's bad--really bad

I am listening and I hear your pain. You do deserve to be heard and validated. I know this must be so hard for you. I am lifting you and Melissa up in prayer. no words right now--just more tears

melissa just called me and says she never wants to speak to me again, she's done with me. we only wanted her to be safe. our two other friends got the same call same message. there are no words for the pain i feel right now. it hurts inside so bad i feel sick. i can't stop crying and i can't stop thinking that it isn't going to end well.

i can hope that it's just her initial reaction and her embarrassment for having to go to the hospital and that she will be ok once she comes down from the meds.
i can hope.
i can pray.

Dearheart, I have had so many ppl tell me that and then after they start feeling better they come back saying how greatfull they are for my having cared enough about them, it just takes time

I agree with Angie. I had to call 911 because a dear friend was in trouble and I was afraid he would hurt himself too much. It was a horrible time and I let it do much damage to me. I shouldn't have.

We are closer now than we have ever been. Don't give up hope on your friend and take the best of care of you. I didn't take care of me and paid a huge price for it.
