So Thursday night I was laying down. My chatter is bad at night and I had the thought I am going to **** your wrists. I hope no one does this.

Ever try talking back to your head mates? I had a few real mean persecutors (or still do) that would put me down, degrade me, and made me feel so bad to sui. One day...after a particular screw up they were at full tilt. Then dawning on me since I began to understand this alter stuff, it wasn’t per se “me”, but my alters....I got back in their proverbial faces and told them to stfu. They were a taken back because for the first time in 45 years I fought back. We now get along a lot better...and when they started in and I catch it, we would go through it again. But now a days they have backed off and are more mild and calm like helpers. It’s a much happier place in head now.

Can this work for you?

I always feel bad when I tell my young alters to shut up. I only have one adult alter. This particular one is 13. He is dark and likes to self harm. I dont know if I need to just have compassiin for him. I dont want him doing anything though. He has said I want to die since then. So I dont know what to do.

I'm so sorry, Dnester I'm not sure I understand the comment made by your therapist. You're in pain, she should be helping you with this. Wasn't she worried when you talked to her about this? Not even a little bit? Do you have any other doctors you can reach out to? Do you have a Pdoc? I'm so sorry, please don't give up. Do you have a support system IRL? Anyone you can reach out to? Any friends or family members? Be careful. Stay safe and take care of yourself. If it gets bad, call an hotline or go to an hospital. You need to take care of yourself. Your safety must be the priority. Stay strong, Dnester. You can do this! You're strong, I know that. I believe in you. Remember that we're here for you if you need it. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this

Okay...I was talking about persecutor alters as from a personal example. What you have said is a lot different.

Being young alters, how about hugging them in head and treating them to things that one would do to a normal child like fluffiest, toys, snack goods, coloring books....anything to make them feel loved and wanted.

As a system, we can all stick together, something that was missing in our childhood life.
