I recently was diagnosed with dissociative disorder. It is scary but in a way is also a relief because for the longest time I thought I was just crazy.

I would find myself somewhere and not have the slightest idea how I got there. Or someone would be mad at me about something and I didn't remember even seeing them recently.

There are more and more fequent times of lost time and one time I forgot how to drive. That is so crazy I have been driving since I was a teenager.

anyway I hope that some of you that have this will help me understand and get better

Welcome shirley. I am glad that you are getting or going to get some support concerning your DD. I know how hard and confusing it can be. Don't feel shy about asking what you want as there is a lot of information to be gained from everyone here.
